I find that if you present yourself to the homebuying market in a certain
light, you will attract like-minded individuals. Folks who want tract
housing won't come to some funky square peg/round whole builder (speaking
euphemistically, of course..) like me.
My vision of the market is somewhat tainted, since I only see somewhat
like-minded clientele. Until I look at the numbers of building permits
pulled in my area each year and see that my business represents 1/10 of
1% in a good year..
