For Immediate Release September 15, 1997

CropKing Inc., part of the growing alternative agriculture industry in
the United States, will be presenting its 14th annual Hydroponic
Grower Conference at the Holiday Inn Resort Hotel in Orlando, Florida
     on October 31-November 1, 1997.

As competition for conventional row crops intensifies, small farmers
are increasingly interested in alternative production methods for
increasing profitability. The growing of plants by soilless methods,
or hydroponics, offers such an advantage. Increasing interest in this
series of conferences also reflects the growing market for
     high-quality, healthful produce.

The conference is aimed at all those with an interest in hydroponics.
Speakers will address professional and prospective growers. Attendees
     will
benefit from meeting and speaking with leaders in the field. New
     growers will have the opportunity to meet experienced growers;
hydroponic facility managers will benefit from conversations with
     fellow managers.

New this year: This year's banquet dinner will feature a talk on
Aquaculture, the latest in controlled environment agriculture! Hear
what the future holds for controlled environment fish farming.

As the industry grows and changes, those with the latest information
will have a considerable advantage. A leading educational and
professional event in the field of hydroponics, the CropKing annual
grower conference is designed to strengthen this promising new
     industry.

The conference will feature expert hydroponic growers from across the
United States. Informative seminars will be conducted on the basics
of hydroponics as well as on the newest soilless growing technologies.
Other topics discussed will include marketing opportunities,
greenhouse energy conservation, biological insect control, increasing
     productivity, and growing specific plants.
