FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Alternative Agriculture Experts to Discuss Soilless Growing Methods for
Small Vegetable Farmers

CropKing, Inc., a leader in the U.S. alternative agriculture industry,
will be presenting its 13th annual Hydroponic Grower Conference at the
Ramada Resort Hotel in Orlando, Florida on November 8 and 9, 1996.

As competition for conventional row crops intensifies, small farmers
are increasingly interested in alternative production methods for
increasing profitability. The growing of plants by soilless methods, or
hydroponics, offers such an advantage. Increasing interest in this series
of conferences also reflects the growing market for high-quality,
healthful produce.

Speakers will address professional and prospective growers. Attendees
will benefit from meeting and speaking with leaders in the field. New
growers will have the opportunity to meet experienced growers; hydroponic
facility managers will benefit from conversations with fellow managers.

The conference will feature expert hydroponic growers from across the
United States. Seminars will be conducted on the basics of hydroponics as
well as on the newest soilless growing technologies. Other topics
discussed will include marketing, economic opportunities, greenhouse
energy conservation, biological insect control, increasing productivity,
growing specific plants, and computerized environmental control.

As the industry grows and changes, those with the latest information will
have a considerable advantage. A leading educational and professional
event, the CropKing Annual Hydroponic Grower Conference is designed to
strengthen this promising new industry.

Registration is $140 per person. Discounted fees for spouses and a
special hotel rate are available. The resort is located near Universal
Studies and Disney World.
