Re: GBlist: cutting boards again
Re the cutting boards, I have noted that some catalogs offer multi colored
cutting board sets for use in restaurant kitchens, providing the
segregation of exposures noted by Craig DeW.
Proper use of sanitizers and generally good sanitation practices will help,
too.
