I have seen more problems caused by wrap being left on too long. No
matter what the contract says it is rarely removed in a timely manner.
I don't know if you have hit the ISA site yet, but a bunhc of research
was done by(I am drawing a blank) at the Hampton Rds expiremental
station. Bonnie Appleton!! If you are making decisions for contract
purposes, rather than just wondering, you might want to see if someone
at the Arboriculture online site has back copies of the research in
digital format.
